Recruiting Our Graduates
Our graduates are in demand across domains for both their deep understanding of modern, sophisticated software systems as well as a practiced ability to make solid technical decisions under pressure.
By partnering with the Masters of Software Engineering programs at Carnegie Mellon, you are opening the door to a world of recruiting possibilities — all of which lead to some of the brightest students in software around.
There are a number of different ways in which you can get the ball rolling; below are a few. If you’re interested and would like to discuss your organizations needs, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Jen Moritz, Alumni and Corporate Relations Manager!

Ways to Engage
Sponsor a project
Sponsoring a Studio Project is a great way to engage with our students in a significant way, build visibility among the software engineering community at CMU, all while tackling some of your organization’s backlog!
Schedule a tech talk
We are complete software engineering geeks. Nothing excites our students more than hearing about those unbelievable technical challenges your organization faces. Come wow our students and you’ll be awash in resumes before you know it.
Host an event
Show us your digs! Have a local Pgh office? Host a tour and meet-and-greet. Not local? Thats okay. We can help you set up a shindig here in town. Regardless, our students are hungry to chat up your engineers and managers. Give them the chance.
Job fairs are an inefficient mess. Flying applicants to your office is a challenge. Work around it. We can offer you space and support to bring your interviews to our students, maximizing your time and budget.
